Types and Brands of Equipment at the Distillery

Providing our distillery with modern innovative equipment allows us to achieve unsurpassed product quality and recognition of our products at Russian and international exhibitions. Many of the machines are unique, since they have no Russian analogues and are installed each in a single copy only at our distilleries. Almost all the equipment, installed at our distillery, is completely designed by the world's largest leader in the field of automation - the technological concern GEA (Germany).

 

Installed equipment

The continuously operating unit DIVA by GEA Diessel (Germany) with automatic control of the sorting process perfectly mixes neutral alcohol and drinking water in the specified proportions. This equipment is a leader in its class and has no absolute analogues in Russia.

 

Labeling machines of the Kosme company (Italy) apply labels to cans and bottles in accordance with all technical requirements.

 

The unique Ultracooler Polar 100 from Meccanica Spadoni (Italy) makes it possible to obtain drinks that are resistant to precipitation under the influence of cold.

 

Modern Italian-made Double-Flow Plate Filter Presses FCL 60 and FCL 100 thoroughly filter all types of drinks, removing impurities and sediments from the drinks.

 

The Units of Cascade Filtration produced by the Research and Production Enterprise TECHNOFILTER (Russia) make the drinks not only clean but also tasty.

 

Sodium Cation Exchangers are ideal water softeners for downstream beverage production.

 

A Reverse Osmosis Unit is required for deep desalination and demineralization.

 

In carbon columns, the finished blend (alcohol and water) is purified with active birch charcoal.

 

In the finishing vats, the strength of the vodka is adjusted.

 

Polishing filtration filters are designed for final filtration of the vodka before bottling. The rating of the filtering elements allows us to send absolutely transparent shiny vodka for bottling.

 

The blending equipment mix alcohol and water in ideal proportions, achieving the required strength, that is, creating the blend of the drink.
