Technological process of vodka production

In the manufacture of our products we use an artesian water and the spring water of the famous Buturlinskiy, and Shelemisskiy springs. These unique mineral springs have excellent organoleptic properties and have become famous far beyond the Penza region. Water from artesian wells undergoes natural multi-stage filtration and is enriched with minerals. At the plant, it passes through quartz sorbents, carbon columns, cartridge filters, membrane filters, ion exchange resins, ultraviolet purification, molecular purification, and reverse osmosis installation.

 

Spirit for the preparation of alcoholic beverages is produced from the highest quality grain grown without the use of chemicals. The alcohol is stored in a large alcohol storage, with four tanks installed, allowing to maintain separate storage of alcohol by grade.

 

The water-alcoholic solution is prepared on DIVA continuously operating installation, manufactured by GEA Diessel GmbH (Germany), with automatic control of the sorting preparation process. Alcohol and water enter the mixing installation through heat exchangers to maintain the required temperature. The installation prepares the sorting, processes it with activated carbon, and filters it. Such a complex technological line allows to obtain a product with exceptional organoleptic properties.

 

In addition, the sorting is filtered at installation, manufactured by Technofilter research and production enterprise (Russia). It is based on a unique two-stage technology of activated carbon treatment with the thinnest layer of colloidal dispersed silver applied to its surface.

 

Correction of the strength of vodka is carried out in the finishing vats. The distribution of the product among the finishing vats is performed automatically, depending on the operation algorithm chosen by the operator.

 

The supply of ingredients, depending on the recipe of the product, is made in pressure tanks equipped with circulation mixing circuits.

 

From the pressure tanks, the products are fed for bottling through polishing filtration filters. The rating of the filtering elements allows us to send absolutely transparent shiny vodka for bottling.

 

Technological process for the production of alcoholic beverages

Alcoholic beverages are made from natural raw materials, berries, and herbs. For the purpose of seasonal preparation and storage of fruit and berry raw materials, the refrigerating chamber was installed at the plant for storing 30-50 tons of freshly frozen berries.

 

Preparation of semi-finished products (alcoholized fruit juices and fruit infusions, aromatic alcohols and alcoholic infusions, sugar syrup and color) is carried out on specialized equipment.

 

A blend of future drinks is formed in special blending vats.

 

The infusion department is equipped with Polar 100 the unique ultracooler, manufactured by Meccanica Spadoni s.r.l. (Italy). Due to the ultracooler, it is possible to obtain beverages that are resistant to precipitate under the influence of cold.

 

Settling and filtration processes are carried out on an automated filter press. Storage and delivery of finished products are carried out in specially equipped warehouses.
