Technology and Production Process

To be able to manufacture products of the highest quality, we use our own sources of water supply - these are artesian wells with a depth of more than 130 meters with crystal clear water that has passed laboratory control and retained all minerals and trace elements useful and necessary for human health.

Further, artesian water is purified and softened in special filters. In addition, at the request of the Customer, we can provide correction of the salt composition of the water.

At the initial stage of vodka preparation, the received ethyl alcohol is sent to the alcohol storage.

Alcohol and purified water are mixed in the required proportions and pass through sand filters. Further, the sorting is processed with active carbon. Birch active carbon is used as a sorbent (filtering component). During the filtration process, the optimal temperature and speed of the ingredients being mixed are automatically maintained, which makes it possible to consistently obtain the highest quality products in terms of organoleptic and physico-chemical indicators.

To improve the organoleptic properties, the vodka is additionally processed in a filtration unit manufactured using the Silver Filtration Technology.

Further, the necessary ingredients and additives are put into special finishing vats. After that, the vodka is filtered again and then bottled. Finishing filtration produces a polishing effect. So, as a result, on the bottling line we get an absolutely transparent drink with a shine. The final stage in the production of vodka is its direct bottling, with hermetic capping with a cap or a cork. A label and a federal special stamp are applied to the bottle.

The process of making drinks in a can

The production of fruit alcoholic drinks in an aluminum can begins with the acceptance of wine materials, which, if necessary, are processed on specialized equipment. Next comes the rest of the necessary raw materials and additives. The process of treating water for drinks in a can and for vodka is the same. When the water for the future drink is fully prepared, the ready-made syrup is cooled and filtered, reaching the desired ideal temperature and consistency.

Simultaneously, automated processes for the preparation of citric acid solution and the preparation of food additives – the flavoring base - are performed. All prepared ingredients are mixed, the drink is filtered, and, if necessary, saturated with carbon dioxide and fed to the filling line.

Further, if necessary, canned drinks are pasteurized in a tunnel pasteurizer, packed in a case, stored on a pallet and shipped to the warehouse.

In 2015-2016, the distillery launched its own fermentation workshop and a new alcohol storage facility.

In the production of fruit fermented material, raw materials go through the following stages:

  • fermentation of apple wort by a periodic method in tanks with the addition of a pure culture of wine yeast;
  • removal of fruit fermented material from sediment through a separator;
  • check for physical, chemical, organoleptic, microbiological indicators;
  • adding gluing substances to the material;
  • supply of the material to the separator, followed by filtration on a diatomite filter (if necessary, using nanofiltration and (or) filtration with active carbon);
  • transfer of a batch of the material to the storage compartment for shipment.

All equipment of the workshop is produced by the world leaders, the companies "GEA" (Germany) and "Padovan" (Italy).
