Lines Capacity

There are 5 filling lines for a glass bottle, PET bottle, Tetra Pak packages, and an aluminum can installed at the plant. Automation of technological processes was designed and installed by the world's largest leader in the field of automation, GEA technological concern (Germany).

  • 2 filling lines for a glass bottle volume 0.33 l, 0.42 l, 0.44 l, 0.5 l, 0.7 l, 0.75 l и 1.0 l, manufactured by Bertolaso S.p.A. (Italy), provide an output of 7,000 bottles per hour.

  • 1 filling line for an aluminum can volume 0.25 l, 0.33 l, 0.43 l, 0.45 l, and 0.5 l, manufactured by Krones AG (Germany), provides an output of 40,000 cans per hour.

  • 1 filling line for Tetra Pak packages volume 0.96 l, and 1.0 l, manufactured by Tetra Pak AG (Sweden), provides an output of 7,000 packages per hour.

A filling line for a PET bottle volume 0.45 l, 0.5 l, 1.0 l, and 1.5 l with an output of 12,000 bottles per hour, manufactured by Krones AG (Germany), was put into operation in October, 2022.
